Montana Conservation Corps (MCC), a private nonprofit founded in 1991, is funded through federal grant money. MCC’s mission is to inspire young people through hands‑on conservation service, leadership development, and community engagement.

• Support the training of Youth Crew Leaders and provide field visitation and logistical support for MCC projects.
• Under the supervision of the Youth Program Manager, work with all regional staff and maintain communication between the office and the field.
• Ensure MCC policies and procedures are followed by all members and leaders while building good working relationships with project partners.
• Lead or join an existing crew when necessary.
• Self‑motivated and flexible to meet the changing needs of the position.
