The role involves expanding the fundraising program within Montana and other key markets across the country. The DD will manage a personal portfolio as well as guide the development team's moves management, involving frequent travel for donor engagements.

The candidate is expected to develop strategies for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of major donors capable of giving $10,000 and above, with goals scaling to $25,000+ by 2030.
