The effectiveness of the program is bolstered by rigorous evaluation through partnerships with research institutions, and an upcoming randomized controlled trial is planned to further substantiate their methodology.

The client is seeking a Director of Development (DD) to lead and implement the major gifts strategy aimed at securing substantial donations from capable and interested individuals. The role involves expanding the fundraising program within Montana and other key markets across the country. The DD will manage a personal portfolio as well as guide the development team's moves management, involving frequent travel for donor engagements.

The candidate is expected to develop strategies for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of major donors capable of giving $10,000 and above, with goals scaling to $25,000+ by 2030. Responsibilities also include achieving specific annual fundraising targets, participating in event sponsor ships, planned giving, and corporate gifts, and enhancing organizational presence through strategic engagement in community and partnership events.andlt;/pandgt; andlt;pandgt;

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in major gift fundraising and a deep understanding of donor moves management, with a demonstrated success record in progressively responsible fundraising roles.
