Thrive is a Bozeman-based nonprofit devoted to the belief that when families are strong, children succeed, and communities thrive. Our mission is to ensure all children have every opportunity to grow, succeed, and become valuable members of our community through programs that engage parents and empower children. Since 1986, Thrive has been a trusted partner to families, educators, donors, and community members throughout Gallatin Valley.

As Thrive’s Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role at the organization, leading marketing strategy and elevating awareness, engagement, and support for Thrive’s mission and all four of its programs. You’ll be a champion for our brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and integrity across all touchpoints. This is an opportunity for an energetic, collaborative, and mission-driven marketing professional to shape Thrive’s voice in the community and beyond.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of nonprofit fundraising and/or marketing experience, including proven success in digital channels
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in marketing and CRM software
• Strong project and time-management skills, with a collaborative spirit and attention to detail
• Commitment to professional growth and best practices in fundraising and digital marketing
• Alignment with Thrive’s mission, values, and commitment to inclusion, family empowerment, and community partnership
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Give Butter a plus
