State License: Active Montana RN (Required)
Holiday Coverage: Required

• RN degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma from accredited school)
• Active Montana RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA) within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 18 months–2 years RN experience

• CNOR Certification
• 1 year OR Circulating experience
• 1 year OR Scrub experience

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
• Perform circulating and/or scrub duties in the OR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and healthcare team
• Ensure patient safety and sterile technique
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain documentation and quality standards
• Participate in stroke competency education and compliance

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Flexible to work varied shifts and take call
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
