Decor Install Crew

Join Blanch ford Landscape Group, a renowned full-service landscape company in the Greater Yellowstone area, as a member of our Holiday Decor Crew. We pride ourselves on creating inspiring spaces, not just for our clients, but also for our team members. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to work full-time from October through December. As part of our Holiday Decor Crew, you will be responsible for installing interior and exterior lights, garland, and other festive decor in the Big Sky area.

• Installation of interior and exterior holiday decorations, including lights and garland
• Working full-time from late October through December
• Collaborating with a team to create inspiring spaces
• Traveling to various job sites in the Big Sky area

• No prior experience required - we provide training prior to season start and on-the-job training
• Ability to work full-time from late October through December
• Willing and ableto work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willing and able to climb and work from ladders in snowy and cold conditions
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Must be 21 y/o (due to our insurance policy)
• Must have valid driver's license and be insurable

We offer top pay with increases based on skills and experience. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (Monday-Thursday/Friday), with 40-50 hours per week. Any time worked over 40 hours will be paid at overtime rates.
