Overview
We are expanding our Domino’s Pizza team and actively recruiting customer service representatives. You will assist customers with orders, support store operations, and be a welcoming presence in the community.
Job Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available after 3 p.m.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend.
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s, you will perform a variety of duties that include operating equipment, preparing products, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. You will process orders via phone and in-person, communicate with customers and coworkers, and contribute to a high‑quality store environment.
Job Duties- Operate All Equipment
- Prepare Product to Standard Specifications
- Clean Equipment and Facility Daily
- Work to a Schedule
- Maintain a Perfect Image and adhere to standards
- Provide Great Customer Service
- Maintain Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work
- Ensure store cleanliness
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to above 90 °F in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position - Walking short distances for short durations
- Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
