PSA Service Sales Representative

Johnson Controls seeks a PSA Service Sales Representative to drive growth of service agreements for smart, sustainable building solutions. In this role, you will prospect and qualify new and existing manufacturing customers, develop proposals, and close service and maintenance contracts for HVAC, controls, fire and security systems. You will manage a regional sales pipeline, meet or exceed quotas, and collaborate with operations, engineering and customer success teams to ensure delivery quality.

This position requires strong technical aptitude, safety focus and the ability to communicate value around lifecycle cost, energy efficiency and reliability.

• Prospect and qualify new and existing manufacturing customers for service agreements
• Develop and present proposals for HVAC, controls, fire and security service contracts
• Close sales to meet or exceed assigned service sales quotas and revenue targets
• Manage and maintain an accurate regional sales pipeline and CRM records
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to scope solutions and ensure delivery quality
• Conduct customer site visits and assessments to identify service opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals in line with company guidelines
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, lifecycle cost and reliability benefits
• Partner with customer success teams to support retention and upsell opportunities
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and ethical sales practices
