- Install and wire Ac components for solar PV systems, battery storage, EV chargers, and service upgrades
- Perform electrical work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades on job sites
- Conduct system commissioning and troubleshooting
- Adhere to NEC, local codes, and OnSite Energy safety standards
- Mentor apprentices as needed
- Provide input on improving workflows, designs, and team efficiency
