D1 Training Bozeman is seeking a Head Strength Coach to lead our coaching team, training floor, and athlete development. This is a leadership role for an experienced strength & conditioning professional who brings energy, accountability, and a passion for developing athletes of all ages.

D1 Training is one of the fastest-growing performance training franchises in the country, and our Bozeman location is locally owned and operated, allowing you to make a real impact in the community while being supported by a proven national brand.

• Lead and oversee all coaching operations in alignment with D1 national training standards
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing coaching staff
• Design and deliver effective group and 1-on-1 training programs
• Coach athletes of all ages (youth, high school, college-bound, and adults)
• Set the tone for a positive, high-energy, team-first training environment
• Build strong relationships within the local community (schools, clubs, teams)
• Support business growth through athlete retention and local networking

• 5+ years of experience in strength & conditioning, athletic performance, or sport coaching
• Strong understanding of movement, programming, and long-term athlete development
• Ability to coach and connect with athletes of all ages and abilities
• High energy, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Team-first mentality with a desire to grow and lead by example

• Base Salary: $45,000–$60,000
