The role involves booking flights, accommodation, transfers, and car hire for all WRC rallies, as well as smaller rallies and events. The Travel Office Assistant must be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks based on who needs what information when.
Communication is also a key skill, as the role involves working with a variety of colleagues within the company.
What you'll do
The Travel Office Assistant will be responsible for booking travel arrangements for staff and contractors, as well as coordinating the logistics of BRC rounds. This will involve putting entries in, booking travel for staff, and coordinating the rally logistics with the help of staff from across departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks based on who needs what information when.
