An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a flagship £40m RAF base project in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most reputable contractors on a high-profile defence scheme, with a strong pipeline of secured local work offering long-term stability and career progression.

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of a major RAF project from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams.

• Cost management and reporting
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Variations and change control
• Valuations and payments
• Risk and opportunity management
• Supporting project delivery and commercial performance

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Main contractor experience preferred
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience on major projects would be advantageous
