Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Brackley, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively across multiple platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that engage our audience and drive business objectives.   • Create engaging and visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media platforms, and online marketing initiatives
  • Design marketing collateral including posters, banners, brochures, and promotional materials for both digital and print formats
  • Develop product packaging concepts, labels, and branding materials that align with company standards
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special promotional initiatives with creative design solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce customized presentations and marketing assets
  • Adapt and optimize designs across different formats, platforms, and media to ensure maximum impact
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all communication channels
  • Analyze design trends and incorporate innovative approaches to keep our visual content fresh and competitive
  • Review design work with attention to detail, ensuring quality standards and brand compliance before delivery
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across various projects and mediums
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
  • Experience designing for both digital and print applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Canva or other design tools
  • Background in retail, product branding, or e-commerce design
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
  • Experience with brand development and brand consistency guidelines
  • Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) considerations

    Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
