We are now looking to recruit a Junior Hydraulics Technician to join our Hydraulics Department, supporting the build, testing and maintenance of high-performance hydraulics components and systems used across our motor sport programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in motor sport and to develop hands‑on experience in a professional motor sport environment.

The role and responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the build, assembly, and testing of hydraulic components and systems.
  • Supporting fault‑finding, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic assemblies.
  • Preparing components for installation, testing, and inspection.
  • Working to engineering drawings, build sheets, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
  • Supporting experienced technicians with ongoing projects.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Educated to a technician level, with a good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and motor sport components.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of hydraulic and engineering principles.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads in a time sensitive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous workshop or garage experience (including college or apprenticeship projects).
  • An understanding of motor sport environments or race car build processes.
