Responsibilities:

Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Manage client relationships and deliver clear, high-quality guidance.
Coach and support junior team members.

Refine processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality.

The Ideal Candidate :

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Experience working in a UK practice environment.
Comfortable performing assurance tasks within a professional services firm.
Confident handling clients with a collaborative, supportive approach.
Motivated by continuous improvement and delivering strong results.
