Job Summary

• Manage day‑to‑day administration for all HR related tasks, ensuring records are maintained accurately and are kept up to date on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the monthly processing of the company payroll, ensuring the TNA has been updated by all department managers and the correct payroll date is sent for processing.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure all new starter and leaver documents are maintained.
• Provide front‑line HR support in relation to company policies.
• Occasional travel to the other site.

• A genuine interest in HR.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive individual with a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good IT & admin skills.

The salary being offered is on a pay scale of £26,000 working Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30.
23 days' annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
