We’re looking for a Packing Production Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley, Northamptonshire

• £ 12.65 per hour plus shift allowance of £2.00 for any hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• Paid Weekly

Monday to Friday starting at 06:45 finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days)

As a Production operative you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
• Bagging chickens
• Grading quality of chickens
• Removing dolavs for weighing and storage
• Supplying the line with raw material
• May require some heavy lifting (up to 12 kg)

• A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
