Avara Foods is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for our Brackley site, a fast-paced FMCG factory environment. You will optimise machinery output, minimise downtime and support product quality through preventative maintenance and quick breakdown responses.
The role requires an engineering mindset, good numeracy and teamwork, with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00). Training and development opportunities are provided.
