Production Operative

Location: Brackley
Pay Rate: £15.65 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 4/5 days per week on a rota basis
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy production environment in Brackley
, working with animal waste products.

This is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting and manual work
, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in an environment where there may be strong and unpleasant smells.

• Handling and processing animal waste products

• Loading and unloading materials

• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling

• Operating basic production equipment and machinery

• Keeping the production area clean and tidy

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Previous production, warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous

• Must be comfortable working with animal products and animal waste

• Must be comfortable working in a smelly environment

• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting

• Reliable and punctual

• Flexible and able to work 4 or 5 days per week on a rota

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• £15.65 per hour

• Monday–Friday working pattern

• 4 or 5 days per week depending on the rota

• Ongoing work

• Full training provided
