Workmate Agency is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Marketing Executive to join our client’s growing team. This is a varied role combining marketing, business development, and account management responsibilities. If you’re organised, commercially aware, and confident communicating with clients at all levels, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

* Support the General Manager with new and existing client enquiries, including calls, messages, and directing queries.

* Act as the first point of contact for new clients and maintain regular updates with existing ones.

* Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

* Ensure clients receive services in a timely manner and liaise with the account manager for consistent service.

* Upload marketing and social media posts across platforms.

* Handle general admin, filing, and CRM updates.

* Assist with data collection for the website and ISO
9001 / ISO
14001 accreditation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Confident handling of customer enquiries and follow-ups.

* Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.

* Experience using a CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable (Not Essential):

* Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads

* Basic knowledge of SEO
