Salary: £41,000 + On Call bonus (worth £150 per week)

Are you an experienced Electrician looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting mission-critical defence infrastructure across two key RAF sites.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and compliance of commercial, technical, and accommodation facilities - ensuring essential operations continue smoothly and securely.

The Role

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Responding to reactive maintenance issues
Conducting compliance testing to JSP
375
Completing minor electrical installation works
Working across commercial and technical buildings
Completing digital reports via a tablet to ensure accurate documentation
Participating in a 1-in-4 on-call rota
Occasionally using company vehicles to move between site

This is a hands-on, varied role where your expertise directly contributes to the smooth running of essential facilities.

What You’ll Need

City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
Strong experience in commercial electrical maintenance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of health & safety, supported by a relevant qualification
Beneficial Experience (Not Essential)

Experience with fixed wire inspections
PASMA and/or IPAF certifications
