About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Brackley. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work within a professional environment, carrying out high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
The successful candidate will be confident in structural repairs, including JIG work, steel, bonding, and aluminium repairs, and will have the ability to repair and replace panels to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out JIG work and structural repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.

· Perform steel, bonding, and aluminium repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Repair and replace panels, ensuring work is completed to industry-leading standards.

· Undertake filler repairs where required.

· Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

· Liaise with colleagues and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a high-volume or prestige environment.

· Strong knowledge and experience with JIG work, structural repairs, bonding, steel, and aluminium.

· Ability to complete panel repairs and replacements, including filler work.

· High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

· Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

· Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.
