Position: Panel Beater ( Multi Skilled )
Kolt Recruitment are looking for a multi-skilled technician to join a well-established accident repair centre in brackley. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.
key responsibilities

* carrying out a mix of panel and paint preparation repairs to a high standard

* completing repairs in line with manufacturer and insurer standards

* stripping and refitting vehicle panels and components

* assisting with panel beating and preparation tasks as required

* working closely with the workshop team to meet deadlines

* ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

requirements

* previous experience as a multi skilled technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

* ability to carry out both panel and prep work

* good knowledge of repair techniques and processes

* strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* ability to work independently and as part of a team
