The Role

Reporting into the Senior Accountant, this position offers a broad range of responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact within a busy international finance function. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and key stakeholders across Europe to ensure effective cash collection and resolution of account queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and collecting outstanding debt across European customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure payments are received within agreed terms.
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries and customer deductions.
• Obtaining remittance advice and supporting accurate cash allocation.
• Monitoring customer credit limits and managing credit risk.
• Releasing orders in accordance with credit control procedures.
