Admin Coordinator (Projects & Compliance)
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Admin Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of electrical projects and ensure ongoing compliance. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, document management, and liaising between our electricians, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project scheduling and job tracking
- Manage documentation for compliance, certifications, and inspections
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the on-site team
- Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to management and operations
- Previous experience in admin, project coordination, or compliance
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database systems - Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of electrical or construction industries is a plus
