The Role

To provide flexible, high-quality administrative and business support across The O Education Group. The postholder will support a wide range of business functions, schools and senior leaders, helping ensure that information, records, communications, meetings, projects and operational tasks are well organised, accurate and completed on time.

The role is broad by design and may include support for business administration, data collation, recruitment, admissions, marketing activity, website updates, meeting administration, payroll administration, website updates, executive administration, compliance, data protection and H&S administration, office tasks, business events support and wider operational support according to organisational need.

About You
  • Experience in an administrative, office, business support, school administration, HR administration, admissions, marketing support or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to collate information and maintain trackers or reports.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Flexible and willing to support a wide range of tasks.
  • Professional, calm and helpful approach.
  • Ability to work with colleagues across different teams and sites.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, equality and professional conduct.
