Product Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to support our client's Product team based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Product Managers are responsible for a range of products for the duration of their lifecycle. They oversee product creation, development, implementation and subsequent evolution with a focus on maximising product monetisation, usage and customer satisfaction.

This is an office-based vacancy and as such we expect all applicants to be willing to commute to the offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week as per the hybrid working policy.

• Prioritising backlog
• Ensuring product changes are in line with the overall business strategy
• Resolving conflicts in customer priorities and escalations

Providing product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to assist with bids

• Sharing delivery time frames with the Project Management team
• Liaising with Engineering team to ensure the priority of bugs is understood

Monthly webinars sharing product news to customers

• Quarterly roadmap
• Quarterly user forums
• Ad hoc meetings with customers to share product vision

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• Good experience in a customer-facing role, typically of at least five years.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Specialist, with specific experience of product life cycles and design processes.
• Agile Experience
• Experience in the IT/Cloud communications industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to interpret customer requests and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
