Kato is hiring a growth product manager to lead two work streams: onboarding improvements and Marketplace-driven growth for Kato Pro and Atlas. You will baseline funnels, identify top growth levers, and ship measurable improvements. This hands-on, impact-led role rewards growth outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
We expect 7+ years in product management, a SaaS background, and a track record in fast-moving scaleups. You'll work in our London office 3 days a week in a hybrid setup.
