Director Strategic Planning

As a Director of Strategic Planning, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long-term growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive long-term growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead and manage strategic planning processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
