This role will be responsible for ensuring that Etex Building Performance delivers its market strategy across the Promat brand and to seek the best commercial performance of the brand by creating specifications that are robust and fit for purpose.

What you’ll do:
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective customers
  • Providing expert technical advice and solutions
  • Managing relationship with architects, main contractors, key sub-contractors, and fire protection contractors
  • Updating CRM daily with key project and customer information
  • Working closely with the other Etex departments
  • Identifying new market sectors where Etex Brands can deliver best value
What you’ll bring:
  • You will have demonstratable experience of being able to create bespoke ‘engineered’ solutions for specific customer construction projects
  • You will have an update to date understanding of building regulations and standards
  • You will have the ability to interpret architectural drawing and plans
  • You will be proficient in the use of construction design software and Microsoft packages
