Site Lead​/Foreman – Screeding & Floor Systems

Full-time | Site-based

This is a senior, site-based role for an experienced screeder who remains hands‑on on the tools and is capable of leading site teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.

You will run jobs day to day on site, taking ownership of quality and delivery.

• Hands-on installation of screed systems on live construction sites
• Leading and organising site teams and operatives
• Setting up works correctly and maintaining quality throughout delivery
• Ensuring works comply with approved specifications, systems, and method statements
• Identifying and resolving site issues early, escalating where required
• Coordinating with the office and other trades as necessary
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of 10 years’ hands‑on screeding experience
• Proven experience installing screed personally (not supervisory only)
• Strong technical understanding of screed systems, substrates, preparation, curing, and quality standards
• Experience leading others on site
• Ability to read and work to technical specifications and method statements
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Good spoken English for site coordination, safety, and site management
