Borne Resourcing Limited is partnering with a well-known developer to hire a hands-on Finishing Manager who will take 40 apartments from pre-decoration through to handover. This on-site role requires leadership of finishing trades, ensuring high-quality finishes and strict programme adherence.
You will oversee snagging, coordinate quality inspections, and drive the delivery schedule to meet project milestones. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required, with start in 1–2 weeks on site in Bracknell.
