PSR Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for a dependable and hardworking curb and road ground worker in the Bracknell Area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Excavate, grade, and compact the subgrade to ensure a stable foundation for paving.
- Material Laying: Measure surfaces, cut tiles/pavers, and precisely lay blocks, slabs, tarmac, or asphalt.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy paving machinery (e.g., asphalt pavers, rollers, planers) or smaller power tools (cutters, compactors).
- Quality Control: Monitor material flow, adjust screed and feed sensors to maintain exact thickness and slope, and ensure surfaces are level and smooth.
- Site Maintenance: Mix concrete and mortar, set ironwork, clear debris, and perform routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- CSCS Card:
- CPCS / NPORS
- Physical Fitness
- Experience: 3 years minimum
