Fusion People is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP to join a major refurbishment and construction programme in Bracknell. You will own the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring cost control, contract compliance and value delivery on a complex live site.
The role requires strong experience in cost reporting, CVRs, cash flow, and subcontractor management, with a track record in JCT Design & Build contracts.
