Technogym invites the shortlisted candidate to join the Order Fulfilment & Logistics team based at our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role is permanent and full time, focusing on the premium customer journey, executing order‑to‑cash processes, and ensuring a seamless and well‑communicated process flow.
Your RoleOrder Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist responsible for managing order-to-cash processes, delivery & snagging, stock optimisation, CRM updates, TG Care Activities, and post‑delivery surveys.
What You Will Do- Guarantee precise and timely order processing, ensuring governance and compliance across the order‑to‑cash cycle.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, managing customer journey touch points.
- Plan and manage delivery via the logistics portal, including date management, D&I job assignment, and activity closing.
- Optimise free stock and manage purchase orders to HQ, ensuring proper stock movement.
- Maintain an accurate order portfolio, avoiding expired backlog and liaising proactively with Sales to prevent backlog slippage.
- Update the CRM system with all relevant customer service data.
- Manage TG Care Activities and provide timely feedback to customer enquiries.
- Conduct post‑delivery surveys, assess satisfaction, and proactively resolve issues.
Passionate about fitness, proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong time and workload management skills. Excellent telephone and written communication, and system savvy (SAP, Outlook).
What You Should Bring- Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and empathy.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
- Analytical, structured approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
