Technogym serves a vast variety of customers and the Order Fulfilment & Logistics team plays a pivotal role in managing these customer interactions and relationships. In the Commercial segments we are premium and aspirational. In the Home/Consumer segment we are luxury.

An opportunity has arisen for an Order Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist to join Mark and the team out of our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role is permanent and full time and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow.

The role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes from 'order to cash', inclusive of delivery & snagging management. We support a diverse range of customers and each Order Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, allowing them to form close relationships with the customers, sales team and 3PLs.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and accuracy with strong time and workload management skills. They will be excellent in both their telephone and written communication skills, have a true passion for delivering a premium customer experience and be systems savvy (we use SAP, Outlook, Salesforce). You will have previously worked with CRM and ERP systems. Previous SAP experience is desirable but not essential.

Impact

What you will do:

  • Guarantee precise and timely orders processing assuring the expected governance and compliance to internal order management policies and sales condition compliance, from quote confirmation to billing;
  • Guarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience managing the “customer journey touch points”;
  • “Frictionless” Delivery planning and management through the logistics portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing;
  • Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Order to HQ, when required, assuring the correct management of stock movement;
  • Assure an accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to prevent or foresee “backlog slippage”;
  • Constantly update CRM system with all relevant information collected during customer service activities;
  • Assure the proper management of TG Care Activities, granting adequate feedback to customers enquires;
  • Manage post delivery survey in order to assess customers’ satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer.
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should have high attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills. You have excellent telephone and written communications skills, have a true passion for delivering a premium customer experience and are system savvy (SAP, Outlook).

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and empathy.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
  • Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
  • Exceptional time management and resilience.
