Customer Service Representative

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturer approved accident repair centre in Bracknell.

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple priorities.

Experience with in the accident repair, bodyshop or wider automotive industry would be a significant advantage.
