Mulberry Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Support Executive for an online retailer based in Bracknell. You will provide excellent customer service via helpdesk, telephone, live chat and social platforms, and strive to resolve queries promptly while building strong relationships with customers.
Ideal candidates have strong English, good grammar, fast typing, customer etiquette, and the ability to work in a team. The role is 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with a salary of £23,500 or £12.71 p/h.
