An amazing school in Bracknell is looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Classroom Assistant to join their vibrant school community.

• Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings
• Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially
• Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs

• A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN
• Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and parents
• A positive, patient and flexible approach to challenges
