Cover Supervisor - Secondary School Bracknell

We're looking for proactive, reliable and confident individuals to support students' learning and maintain high classroom standards when teachers are absent.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous school experience, graduates exploring a career in education, or those keen to gain the experience needed for future teacher training. (GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above are required.) There are also opportunities to support SEN students for those with an interest or passion in this area.

• Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in lessons
• Deliver and supervise pre-prepared work set by the class teacher
• Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff
• Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

• Experience working in a school or educational environment
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people
• Confidence in managing behaviour and creating a productive learning atmosphere
• Ability to commute to Bracknell
