They are seeking a resilient, compassionate and positive SEN Teacher to join their team!

They need someone who is committed to supporting these students to re-engage with their learning and help them thrive in the classroom. This role would fit a SEN Teacher who understands that progress may not always look linear but showing up with a positive attitude is where it matters!

These students need someone who will help them build health relationships and instil confidence and trust. About the role as SEN Teacher:
You will support small classes of secondary-aged students with a range of SEMH needs, often alongside other educational needs and trauma related behaviours. Your focus will be to deliver a broad, engaging and adapted curriculum that will help meet the individual needs of the students. What you need to be considered for the role as SEN Teacher:
Must hold QTS Must have experience working with students with SEN or SEMH needs Have a calm, positive and empathetic approach to teaching Should be able to adapt teaching creatively to meet the diverse needs of the students ECTs with a strong interest in SEMH or SEN are encouraged to apply What you need to know for the role of SEN Teacher:
