A specialist SEN school in Bracknell is looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require structure, consistency, and positive role models.
This Behaviour Teaching Assistant role is ideal for individuals interested in behaviour management, youth work, psychology, or education, and offers invaluable hands-on experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours linked to SEMH, trauma, ADHD, and Autism.

Pay: £89-£100 per day
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Ideal for:
Psychology, Criminology, Sociology graduates or experienced support staff
The Role
Supporting pupils with behaviour regulation and emotional needs
Implementing behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
Providing consistency and positive reinforcement
Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals
