Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum (£24,000 - £25,000 per annum pro-rated)

We are seeking a Behaviour, Support and Inclusion specialist Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated secondary school team (ages 11-18). This is an exciting opportunity to support a happy and successful schoool community committed to high standards, inclusive practice and exceptional teaching. The role sits within a large, multi-academy trust operating across several regions in the South and South West of England.

• Promote disruption-free learning throughout the school
• Manage challenging behaviour and provide focused support to individual students
• Assist colleagues responding to on-call requests, escalating concerns when necessary
• Contact parents and carers to help build strong, positive relationships
• Remove students from lessons when behaviour becomes disruptive
• Support the Reflection Room (internal exclusion) and manage related processes
