SEN Tutor - One-to-One Support (Bracknell)

Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to provide tailored, one-to-one support to students in the Bracknell area, delivering personalised learning outside a traditional classroom setting.

• Deliver one-to-one tutoring for children and young people with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on each student's individual needs and EHCPs

• Use creative and engaging teaching strategies to promote learning, build confidence, and encourage independence

• Liaise regularly with parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the student's education

• Deliver sessions in the student's home, a local community venue, or online

• Location: Bracknell

• Role: One-to-one SEN Tutor

• Contract Type: Temporary / Contract

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Until measurable progression is achieved

• Hours: Part-time, flexible depending on student availability

• Rate of Pay: Minimum £25 per hour

• QTS or equivalent

• Minimum of one year of classroom experience in the UK

• Confidence teaching GCSE-level subjects online

• Ability to provide a firm but fair approach, tailored to individual needs

• Recent safeguarding training, or willingness to complete our course

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS on the Child Barred List registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply

• Two professional child-related references
