Pay: £92.59 - £95 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them overcome behavioural challenges?
A friendly and supportive school in Bracknell is looking for a Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, resilient, and eager to make a positive impact on young people's lives.
Whether you have previous experience in schools, care, youth work, coaching, or are looking to take your first step into education, this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills.
Responsibilities- Support pupils with behavioural needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help implement simple behaviour management strategies
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Build strong and supportive relationships with pupils
- Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
In this role, you will support pupils in managing their behaviour, building confidence, and engaging positively with learning. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a consistent and encouraging environment.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
