Your Role
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students who are disengaged or at risk of exclusion.
  • Support students’ social and emotional development through restorative approaches.
  • Promote engagement, attendance, and confidence in learning.
  • Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver targeted interventions.

  • No previous experience required; full training and CPD will be provided.
What You’ll Gain
  • Excellent on‑site training, support, and CPD.
  • First‑hand experience with SEMH, behaviour intervention, and trauma‑informed practice.
  • A pathway into probation, youth justice, psychology, or education careers.
