Are you an ambitious, experienced SEND leader looking for a high-impact, rewarding challenge this autumn?

This is a non-class-based leadership position designed for someone who wants to make an immediate, tangible difference. You will work side-by-side with a visionary Headteacher as a key strategic partner, helping to shape the future of the school's inclusive practices.

The school features high levels of SEND, including a dedicated resource provision and internal provisions. You will spearhead inclusion, coach teachers to elevate classroom practice, and ensure that SEND provision operates at the highest possible standard.

• Strong SEND Knowledge: Deep understanding of effective SEND strategies and provision, ideally backed by the NASENCO qualification (though not essential).
