Maidenhead-based Forest School / Outdoor Learning Lead role at a brand-new, 100‑place nursery opening September 2026. Salary £30,000–£32,000; full‑time, 40 hours per week, nursery open 7:30am–6pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will design and deliver an outdoor curriculum, embed forest school principles, and confidently lead outdoor sessions with children and staff from day one. A Forest School Leader qualification is required or in progress; you must be passionate about outdoor
