The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both teachers and students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
Working with students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning.
Encouraging student participation, confidence and academic progress.
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
