An Outstanding primary school in Bracknell is seeking an Attendance & Welfare Officer to join its pastoral support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
You will promote excellent attendance, support pupil wellbeing and work with families and staff to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and ready to learn. Previous experience in attendance or welfare roles is advantageous, with a focus on safeguarding and positive relationships.
