An amazing school in Bracknell is looking for a compassionate and skilled Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant school community!
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:- Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings
- Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially
- Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs
- A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN
- Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents
- A positive, patient, and flexible approach to challenges
- A supportive, welcoming team environment
